At Lolly Creative Studio, we offer both digital products and personalised services. Each has its own return policy. Please read below to understand what applies to your purchase. If you’re unsure, we’re just an email away at hello@lollycreative.com.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads are final.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your file(s). Because these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products under any circumstances.
We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

2. Personalised Services
For any custom or personalised services such as digital strategy consultations, website design, or content audits, we require partial or full payment upfront to confirm your booking.
We understand that things come up — so we handle service-related changes on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered if cancellation occurs before any work has started.
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
