The Hospitality Marketing Calendar 2027: UK Edition

£29.00

Know what to run, when to start it, and which dates to ignore.

Other calendars tell you Mother's Day is 7 March. This one tells you to sign off the menu on 5 January.

It's built for UK restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes. Every date gets a rating: run a campaign, post about it, or skip it. Give it 15 minutes on the first Monday of each month and you'll know what's due.

What you get

The calendar: a 55-page PDF with a brief and calendar for every month, plus a sport sheet with the fixtures worth planning around.

12 campaign playbooks: from Burns Night to New Year's Eve, each with the offer, the booking rules and every date worked back from the day.

The words to use: an email, social posts, a Google post and phone lines for every campaign. Swap the brackets for your details and make it sound like you.

The A3 wall planner: all of 2027 on one page.

The Excel tracker: 107 dated jobs to assign and tick off, plus a scorecard that does the sums.

Who's behind it

I've managed different areas in 5-star hospitality, worked with various hospitality businesses across the UK, and run my own food business in London. This is planned around how a venue really runs.

Good to know

You'll get a ZIP file with all three files by download link, and nothing is posted. Dates were checked in November 2026 and can change, so confirm with the organiser before you print or pay for anything. Dates that differ in Scotland or Northern Ireland are marked. The first jobs start on 7 December 2026.

For use in your own business only, not for sharing or resale.
